• MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Should have minimum 3 year Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role in Electronic related company Embedded systems
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Solid communication skills.
• Hiring and retaining talent for the organisation at the right cost.
• Organising important events of the organisation.
• Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
• Introducing employee wellness programs.
• Creating company policies based on best practices.
• Working with departmental heads during appraisals.
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
