- MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Should have minimum 3 year Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role in Electronic related company Embedded systems
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Solid communication skills.
- Hiring and retaining talent for the organisation at the right cost.
- Organising important events of the organisation.
- Helping resolve conflicts and other issues within the company.
- Introducing employee wellness programs.
- Creating company policies based on best practices.
- Working with departmental heads during appraisals.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
